1 · Weekly menu
Our menu changes every week to feature fresh, seasonal selections. A new menu is published every Friday for the following week's deliveries, so you can browse and order in advance.
2 · Delivery area
We deliver within roughly a 10-mile radius of our commercial kitchen in Houston. Your delivery address is verified at checkout, and checkout can only be completed for addresses inside our service area.
If you are outside of the area we currently do not deliver to your location. If you have a large catering order or special request, please contact us directly to discuss delivery options.
3 · Delivery dates & times
Deliveries run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Choose a 30-minute window:
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Delivery times are estimated. We will make every effort to deliver within your selected 30-minute window. Slight delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.
4 · Ordering deadlines
Standard orders must be placed by 5:00 PM Central on the business day before delivery. Orders of more than 15 meals must be placed at least two business days in advance. Delivery dates close automatically once the cutoff passes.
5 · Delivery fees
Minimum delivery order: $50.00 before tax
Flat-rate delivery: $7.00 anywhere in our delivery area
Free delivery on orders of $100.00 or more, before tax
The delivery fee is calculated automatically from your order value at checkout.
6 · Payment
All orders are paid in full at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept cash or payment upon delivery.
7 · Food allergy notice
Food Allergy Notice: Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, and sesame. While we take every precaution, cross-contact may occur. Customers with severe food allergies should contact us before placing an order.
8 · Order confirmation
Once payment is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number, name, delivery date and time window, delivery address, items ordered, order total and payment confirmation.
